"Excellent product and really well made. I have a 40-42 inch waist and went for XXXL. While the waist was fine, I think I’m borderline on XXXL or XXXXL but the straps did loosen slightly over the first hour of wear and use. I’d not hesitate to recommend them, being able to increase muscular load without overloading the joint is really helpful for dealing with any knee or lower back issues."
