First loosen the straps completely before putting on your BFR Shorts.
Ensure the mechanism is at the very top of your leg, right next to your groin, to recover effectively with BFR.
Pull the straps as tightly as you can around the top of your legs and firmly apply the Velcro patch, locking blood in the muscles.
You can sit, lay down, or continue with your daily activities while your muscles fill with recovery hormones.
Stay strapped in for 5 mins, then unstrap for 2 mins of rest. Strap in a further 2 times to maximise the recovery effects.
