Shipping policy

We utilise DHL for all our Shipping. They offer a more guaranteed service, and eliminate the need for Last Mile couriers, causing orders to be delayed in the process.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total size and weight of your order and increase in proportion to the quantity purchased. We assess each shipment using both its actual weight and its volumetric (dimensional) weight - that is, the amount of space the packaged goods occupy in transit - and apply whichever is greater to determine the applicable rate.

The final shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before your order is confirmed.

During peak holiday periods, dispatch may take slightly longer than usual.
