Returns Policy
At Hytro, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to assist.
Eligibility for Returns
- Time Frame: Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Discounted or clearance items
- Personalised or custom-made products
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at customersupport@hytro.com to request a return authorisation.
- Prepare the Package: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all documentation.
- Shipping: Affix the provided return shipping label (See Return Shipping Costs below to determine method) to the package and drop it off at the nearest shipping facility.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days if agreed to do so.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the desired product and size when initiating the return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, Hytro will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any customs duties or taxes.
