Returns Policy
We are proud of the quality of our Hytro products. We have performed both lab and user testing to ensure that our products meet our own high standards.
Should you wish to cancel an order that has been placed but not yet received, or return an order in accordance with the Returns notes below, please email customersupport@hytro.com.
Should you wish to return your order please note the following:
- Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached. Our Hytro packaging is considered to be a part of the product and must be returned with the goods. This is also to ensure that the product(s) arrive back to us in a saleable and undamaged state. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
- Refunds exclude any delivery and shipping costs.
- Exchanges are not part of our returns policy.
- Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one.
- It is the customers responsibility to return all unwanted goods.
