What is occlusion training?

Occlusion Training, or BFR Training, is training that partially blocks blood flow out of the muscle, without blocking blood flow into the muscle.

The evolution of BFR

Following six years of dedicated testing, research and refinement, Hytro was born. Our innovative technology was patented in 2020, but here is where it started.
