When you first open your Hytro BFR make sure you scan the QR code on the swing tag.
This will take you to the handy safety guide and also direct you to all the information you need to get the most from integrating our innovative wearable BFR products in to your workout.

How to wear your Hytro BFR
First loosen the straps completely before putting on your BFR Training tee.
Ensure the mechanism is at the very top of your arm, ensuring it sits all the way above the bicep, to effectively perform aerobic and resistance BFR.
Pull the straps as tightly as you can around your arm and firmly apply the Velcro patch, locking blood in the muscles.
Once locked in you can perform any resistance or aerobic upper body exercise, as either part of your normal training or as a finisher.
Simply use follow the rep scheme in the User Guide, ensuring you use a very low weight make sure for maximum effect you stay locked in for prescribed length of time.
