How should you use BFR for Recovery?

 

For maximum impact, we recommend performing Recovery BFR immediately after exercise.  If that’s not possible, then strapping in within 24hrs of exercise still ensures a good response.

Lock in tight (70%-90%) and either sit or lie in a comfortable position for 5 minutes, giving your body time to fill your muscles with blood.

Then unlock the strap to allow the body to flush the muscle.  Wait 2 minutes and repeat the process 3 more times.
