How to Train with Hytro BFR

Put on your BFR wearable and make sure the mechanism is located at the highest point of your limb. Pull the strap firmly around your limb, and lock in secure and tight on your chosen number. Repeat for the other side using the same number.

Hytro BFR is a powerful tool – initially it may feel uncomfortable and your muscles may be sore, but this is normal, and will decrease quickly as your muscles adapt. Now lock-in and get ready to experience Hytro BFR.

Then it is a case of following the protocols as found in the User Guide which clearly describes how tight to lock in based on your Recovery, Endurance or Strength goals.
