Hytro BFR is scientifically proven to help athletes build muscle and recover faster, unlocking the potential of every body.

High performance starts with effective training.

Introducing the most effective BFR training tool in the world, designed to fit safely and efficiently into your training to help you reach your performance goals.

What is performance BFR?

Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training involves applying a strap to the arms or legs whilst exercising at low intensity, trapping blood in the muscles and causing them to swell and fatigue. This forces the body to adapt, resulting in rapid muscle growth, faster recovery, and increased endurance as it would following a high intensity workout.

Maximise your workout by multiplying the effects with performance BFR.
