Few voices are as trusted in the fitness and training space than Rob Pacey who presents the Pacey Performance Podcast. Each episode, Rob and his guests delve into philosophies, ideas and insights in conversations that are central to the sports performance space.

Spanning across the series, the partnership will see Hytro showcased as the pioneering brand bringing muscle growth and recovery to elite sports through its wearable BFR solutions.

Rob Pacey, Host of the Pacey Performance Podcast, said “The Pacey Performance Podcast has always been about showcasing the amazing work that goes on in the world of sports performance, told by the best practitioners. But this also extends to our partners. Hytro is innovating in a very exciting space and we are delighted to partner with them.”

Check out a roundtable that Rob Pacey hosted earlier in the year, discussing the benefits and best practice of BFR Training with Hytro co-founder Dr Warren Bradley and other industry experts John Noonan and Pete McKnight.
