Adam Hastings, Gloucester and Scotland international rugby union player, has been using the Hytro BFR wearables to aid his recovery enabling him to perform at his best week after week.

Professional rugby union player, Adam Hastings, has found the Hytro BFR recovery shorts to be an essential part of his training and recovery toolkit.

Hastings says:  “Hytro has benefitted me extremely well, especially with the use of the new Hytro BFR recovery shorts. With the higher kicking loads, the shorts have been extremely beneficial in my recovery, and getting me ready for the next days’ session.
