The EFL Championship league football team have been incorporating both the Hytro BFR Training Tee and Hytro BFR Recovery Shorts into the squads kit to strengthen players and support those in rehabilitation to recover quicker.

Craig Holding, First Team Performance Coach said: “We have implemented Hytro BFR into our rehabilitation package to assist players recovering from injury, helping accelerate their strength and fitness gains.”

Holding added: “We have implemented the Hytro BFR wearables into strength sessions and notably our rehabilitation packages to assist the players’ recovery from injury. It’s crucial we get the players fitter and stronger as soon as possible, so it’s great that the practical and evidence-based products have been well received when following specific BFR recovery protocols.”
