5 reasons why Hytro BFR wearables are designed with quality in mind

Discover why Hytro BFR wearables are designed with quality in mind - from inception right through to your training.

1. Design

How do great ideas start? For us, it involved, a pen, a notepad and our founder, Dr. Warren Bradley. Having worked with England Rugby, he’d seen with his own eyes the power of BFR Training and wanted to share it with the world. He began to sketch design ideas for wearables that included straps to restrict blood flow. Working with design experts, these sketches were then developed further before being turned into a variety of prototype designs. The prototypes were tested and refined through feedback before being tested again and again. The cycle continued until finally, we landed on a range of products that work exactly as we intended. After three years of evolution, Hytro was born.

2. Safety

Safety is at the core of everything we do. We factor it into every design, ensuring that BFR Training can be done safely and effectively. Central to this is the placement of the strap. By building it into our Hytro BFR wearables at exactly the right location it minimises any risk of BFR Training, while the width of our strap is based on scientific evidence. This allows you to strap in with peace of mind and maximise your workout. Learn more about the lengths we go to ensure a safe session by clicking here.

3. Materials

Developed by scientists and designed by textile experts, our Hytro BFR wearables help you to achieve your training goals faster while providing unrivalled comfort and aesthetics. Crafted from the most robust and suitable materials, our wearables feature the ultimate dry release sweat-wicking fabric along with mesh shoulder and side panelling. To top it off, hi-tech fasteners and robust elastane straps are seamlessly integrated to give you the greatest muscle pump of your life. And that’s not all. We pride ourselves on using sustainable materials in our operations, such as fully recyclable packaging. We’re now working toward using fully upcycled materials for all components of our products.

4. Tested to the Maximum

Testing is important. For us, it’s so important that we spent 3 years doing it. We used scores of athletes from various sports, allowing them to train using our product and then asking them for ways to improve it. Each piece of information helped to enhance our product. An independent textile laboratory then analysed our materials through a series of rigorous tests to determine functionality and robustness. Their findings? That Hytro BFR wearables are robust, long-lasting and highly effective BFR mechanisms. What more could we ask for?

5. Patented Technology

Great ideas deserve to be immortalised. That’s why we’ve patented the pioneering BFR technology within our Hytro BFR wearables. We believe this will change the face of the modern workout, helping wearers to level up their training with ease. Discover the ways you can benefit from BFR Training here.
