HOW DO I USE HYTRO BFR FOR ENDURANCE?

 

Strap in tight, to around 70% of the maximum tightness and perform 10-20 minutes of slow and continuous cardio exercise.

This can be any low cadence aerobic exercise you like Eg. Bike, rower, ski erg or walking.  Just make sure you stay strapped in right until the end.
